Caesar Rodney Institute

The Caesar Rodney Institute is a Delaware-based affiliate of the State Policy Network (SPN). It is currently spearheading a national campaign against offshore wind power. The Caesar Rodney Institute has received money in recent years from the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) and the AFPM-funded American Energy Alliance.
