Exelon Corporation is a holding company that is engaged in the transmission and distribution of energy through its seven subsidiaries: ComEd, PECO, Baltimore Gas and Electric, Pepco, Delmarva Power & Light Company, and Atlantic City Electric Company. Exelon completed the spin-off of its generation business (Exelon Generation) in 2022 into a new, independent publicly-traded company named Constellation Energy.
