Alliant Energy

Alliant Energy is an electric and gas utility operating in Iowa and Wisconsin. It is composed of two utilities: Interstate Power and Light Company (IPL) and Wisconsin Power and Light Company (WPL). Alliant-IPL serves approximately 500,000 electric and 225,000 gas retail customers across Iowa. Alliant-WPL provides electric service to 480,000 customers and gas service to 195,000 customers in central and southern Wisconsin.
