Sempra

Sempra is a holding company with energy infrastructure businesses in North America, including its California monopoly utilities San Diego Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas (SoCalGas). Sempra has a 80.25% interest in Oncor, an electric transmission and distribution utility, and 50% interest in Sharyland Utilities, an electric transmission utility. Sempra also invests in fossil fuel infrastructure in America and Mexico, including LNG export terminals and pipelines.
